General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope and Provider

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store reblin.co.

(2) The product offerings in our online store are exclusively intended for buyers who are at least 18 years old.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog.

(2) By entering your personal data and clicking the "Buy Now" button in the final step of the ordering process, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.

(3) The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

§ 3 Service Description and Restrictions

(1) We create personalized advertising videos for you using artificial intelligence.

(2) The videos are individually produced based on the information and specifications you provide.

(3) The finished video will be made available to you in digital form.

(4) We reserve the right to refuse the creation of advertising videos without stating a reason and to refund any payment made.

(5) We do not create videos for:

• Illegal or criminally relevant content
• Discriminatory, racist, or degrading content
• Pornographic or adult content
• Violence-glorifying content
• Illegal products or services
• Content that violates trademark, copyright, or personal rights
• Political advertising
• Medical products or healing promises
• Gambling and betting
• Other ethically or legally questionable content

(6) The customer guarantees that the products and services they promote are lawful and that all necessary permits are in place.

§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT.

(2) Delivery is exclusively digital via download or email.

§ 5 Payment Terms

(1) Payment can be made via:

• Lemon Squeezy (Stripe owned merchant of record)

(2) Video production begins only after payment has been received.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal and Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

(1) The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

(2) Since the videos we create are custom-made for you, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

§ 7 Usage Rights

(1) Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, unlimited right to use the created video for your advertising purposes.

(2) The transfer of usage rights to third parties is not permitted.

(3) We reserve the right to use created videos for reference purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

§ 8 Warranty

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) If the delivered video has defects, we will either correct them or create a new video at your discretion.

§ 9 Limitation of Liability

(1) We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as under the Product Liability Act.

(2) For slight negligence, we are only liable if a fundamental contractual obligation is violated, and in such cases, our liability is limited to foreseeable and contract-typical damages.

(3) We assume no liability for:

• The legal admissibility of the videos’ use by the customer
• How the customer uses the videos
• The economic success of the advertising measures
• Any legal violations resulting from the use of the videos in a context not intended by us
• Damages arising from the use of videos in unauthorized media or territories
• Violations of third-party rights based on information or materials provided by the customer

(4) The customer indemnifies us from all third-party claims resulting from illegal use of the videos or use for non-agreed purposes.

§ 10 Data Protection

(1) The collection and processing of your personal data are carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can view at https://www.reblin.co/policies/privacy-policy.

§ 11 Customer’s Duty to Review

(1) The customer is responsible for verifying the legal admissibility of the delivered videos in the intended usage context before using them.

(2) The customer is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses for the use of the videos.

§ 12 Final Provisions

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
